Fun in February!
February fun includes; classes, camps, nutritional lectures, open play, play groups, and date night!
Fitness classes start with our 2-3yr old and go all the way up to 14yrs. The younger children will focus on following directions, working with others, body awareness, and simple skill cues. The older children will start to learn about the different components of fitness; cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition.

Nicole has consistently been working out at WayBeyond for over six months! She has improved so much from her workouts and her new confidence is really starting to show. She has become a great leader for the other children in class!
WayBeyond's owner Brian Blacher's will be offering his expert advice on nutritional programs. Through these Nutritional Lectures he will teach the skills needed to keep any weight management goals you might have made for this year! Brian has been running clinics and seminars on nutrition in South Africa, Europe and the USA for over 25 years. Don't miss out on the opportunity to gain some of his knowledge to help stay healthy and fit!
