There are no penalties for rescheduling a party! 

Cancellations must me made two weeks prior to the date of your party to receive 50% of your deposit back. If a cancellation is made after the 2 week cut off day, you will receive NO REFUND. 

Attendance numbers of your party must be finalized and WayBeyond must be notified of these numbers 2 days prior to your party; otherwise you must pay the agreed package price of which you paid a deposit for. For example, if for any reason on the day of your party the number of children that attend is for example 18 instead of 24 you are still responsible for paying the original booked package price for 24.  If more guests attend on the day than anticipated, and you booked for the 18 child package, your party price will be be bumped up to the 24 child price.  There is an additional fee of $10/child over 24kids.
