Camp Cancellation Policy

Spaces are limited and subject to availability. A payment is required in full on day of reservation to reserve a spot for your child in one of our outrageously fun day or week camp’s. Prior to camp starting, if a cancellation is necessary, you can receive a credit for the full amount paid to be used on any WayBeyond service, or receive 50% back in the method you paid for the camp. No refunds will be given once camp has started.

If you purchased an online promotion, voucher number will be taken on day of booking. If a cancellation is necessary prior to the start of camp, you can receive the discounted value toward another WayBeyond service. Expiration date still applies. No credit will be given when the cancellation is made after camp has started.
